DESCRIPTION
We carried out a full ground-floor extension and internal refurbishment to create a new bedroom and fully accessible wetroom. Works included site set-up, structural demolitions, new foundations, drainage, masonry walls, and a new insulated flat roof. Internally we installed new partitions, plasterboard and skim finishes, joinery, electrics, plumbing, radiators, and sanitaryware. Externally, the scheme included new UPVC windows and doors, wall finishes, concrete reinstatement, retaining walls, and an accessible ramp with rails. All works were delivered in line with structural design, building regulations, and client specifications.
