DESCRIPTION
BMA delivered a programme of external repairs, decorations and estate enhancements across multiple residential blocks and houses in the Heronswood, Wellcroft, Wheatley, Haynes Close and surrounding areas.
Works included concrete cill crack repairs and full cill replacements, balcony and entrance-canopy concrete/render repairs, repointing and patching of brickwork, application of masonry sealers and decorative paint systems to cills, elevations and balcony walls, plus full external clean-down of windows and doors. Internally, communal areas were prepared and redecorated, with anti-slip floor, stair tread and riser coatings applied.
Estate and groundworks improvements comprised removal of old washing lines and posts, installation of new rotary lines, new slabbed and cleaned pathways, new benches, planters (potted with herbs), bike stands, noticeboards and replacement gates, together with bin-store brickwork repairs, helibar strengthening, cappings, manhole adjustments/replacements, vegetation clearance and associated minor masonry repairs.
