DESCRIPTION
BMA delivered external landscaping and enabling works including new Marshall block paving and renewal of PCC kerbs, together with breaking out existing hard surfaces to the south and east elevations and welfare area. Works also comprised installation of below-ground 100mm LV and ELV ducts (plus spare duct) for future EV chargers, and resurfacing to multiple areas with surface levelling, topsoil and grass seeding to reinstate the car park and surrounding soft landscaping.
