DESCRIPTION
BMA delivered a full internal refurbishment and luxury fit-out of a three-bedroom home, including enabling works, structural alterations, first-fix services, full rewire and underfloor heating across the basement, ground and first floors. Works included removal of wallpaper, partitions, joinery and existing fixtures, together with local roof and gutter repairs and provisional chimney-breast removal.
Mechanical and electrical upgrades comprised a complete rewire, new lighting throughout (including spotlights and feature wall lights), relocation of services and underfloor heating installation, with provisional relocation of the boiler and formation of a new utility space in the basement.
Carpentry works included new floors, doors, rear entrance door, alterations to door swings, bespoke joinery, new staircase handrails and spindles, storage solutions and extensive decorative wall panelling throughout principal rooms and hallways. A new shower space was formed within the airing cupboard.
The property was fully re-plastered and redecorated throughout, followed by installation of a new high-specification kitchen and luxury bathroom suite. Final finishes included engineered herringbone timber flooring, high-quality carpets, new skirting, architraves, coving and fireplace surrounds, together with easing and adjustment of all windows. External decoration and a full post-build clean completed the works, delivering a modern, elegant and cohesive family home.
