DESCRIPTION

BMA were appointed to refurbish a portfolio of severely dilapidated and neglected properties, many of which required extensive strip-out, repair and reinstatement works before they were safe and suitable for re-let. Our team undertook full internal refurbishment including joinery and carpentry renewals, plastering and decorations, flooring replacement, fire-door and compliance upgrades, glazing and ironmongery repairs, and full clearance and deep-cleaning.

As part of the programme, BMA designed, supplied and installed all new kitchens, ensuring a consistent, robust and high-quality specification across every home.

A standout achievement was the programme performance — each property was fully refurbished and handed back within just 28 days, despite the poor starting condition. This disciplined delivery ensured Sanctuary could return much-needed homes to residents quickly, safely and to a high standard.
