Specialist Opening up works
DESCRIPTION
BMA were appointed to carry out controlled opening-up investigations across Bramfield Court, Theobald’s Court and Weston Court to inform the structural and façade design. Works included trial openings to brickwork and cladding to expose existing RC beams and wall build-ups, along with exploratory openings to windows, doors and plant room areas. All openings were carefully reinstated on completion, with full photographic and dimensional survey records provided. BMA also supplied site supervision, plant, generators, logistics, waste management and quality assurance in line with the main contractor’s site control plan.
BMA also carried out Garage strip out works.
