Void Refurbishment & Internal Upgrade Works
BMA carried out full void refurbishment works including clearance of properties and both kitchen and bathroom upgrade basket-rate packages. Internal repairs included removal of damaged flooring and timbers, new softwood skirting, plaster repairs and skim coating, damp treatment, wallpaper stripping and redecoration. Additional works covered cupboard upgrades, carpet removal, small joinery repairs and making-good throughout, ensuring each dwelling was refurbished to a safe, compliant and lettable standard.
