DESCRIPTION
BMA delivered a programme of planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied residential blocks, including specialist DOFF steam-cleaning and sensitive restoration to Victorian and Georgian period properties. Works included external redecoration to windows, doors, façades and metalwork, together with repairs to building fabric, fencing renewals, paving/asphalt works and landscape clearance. Internally, activities covered repairs to walls and ceilings, communal joinery and timber doorsets, along with replacement carpets, barrier matting and stair nosing’s to enhance safety, durability and presentation throughout shared areas.
