Water Damage Remediation & Refurbishment Works
BMA were appointed to complete remediation works following significant water damage to bedrooms, living areas and communal corridors. Works included removal of damaged floorboards, installation of new boarding and screed infills, new skirting boards, sealing and preparation for decoration, and the installation of new timber flooring to selected areas. We also reinstated kitchen units and applied specialist sealers and mould-prevention treatments to affected party walls, ensuring the building was fully repaired, protected and ready for redecoration.
