Fire Door Surveys & Labour-Only Installation
BMA undertook comprehensive fire-door surveys across flats and communal areas to assess condition and compliance. Following this, we delivered a labour-only installation and upgrade service, fitting fully compliant FD-rated doorsets, frames, ironmongery and intumescent protection, along with adjustments and repairs to existing doors to restore performance in line with current fire-safety regulations.
