Fire Door Surveys, Specification & Installation
BMA undertook comprehensive fire-door surveys across flats and communal areas, assessing condition, compliance and technical requirements. From these surveys, we specified and arranged the manufacture of over 300 fully-certified bespoke FD30s fire-rated doorsets to meet project needs.
We then supplied and installed the new doorsets, including frames, compliant ironmongery and intumescent protection, along with adjustments and upgrades to existing doors where required. All works were completed in line with current fire-safety regulations to restore full compartmentation and resident safety.
