Bathroom Remedial & Specialist OT Wetroom Works
BMA were appointed to complete remedial works across 40+ flats and Occupational Therapist-specified shower rooms following failures by a previous contractor. Incorrect floor levels had led to poor drainage and flooding within the properties. Our team undertook surveying, floor re-levelling, waterproofing and reinstatement of finishes to ensure every wetroom drained correctly, was fully compliant, and safe for residents with minimal disruption to occupied homes.
