DESCRIPTION
We delivered comprehensive refurbishment works across over 300 properties, including full kitchen and bathroom replacements. All mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded and fully integrated to meet current standards and regulations.
As part of the programme, we also carried out around 10 openings per week, coordinated in line with design and compliance requirements.
The refurbishment included full tiling and plastering throughout, followed by complete decoration and first- and second-fix carpentry fit-outs achieving a high-quality, seamless finish across every property.
