Internal Fire-Damage & Flood Remedial Works – Kitchen, Hallway & Communal Areas
BMA carried out targeted internal remedial works to the kitchen, hallway and communal corridor of the property. Works included the removal and replacement of damaged plasterboard to lower wall sections, full preparation, plastering and redecoration, and the careful removal and reinstatement of skirting boards, tiles, screed and laminate flooring to allow repairs to be completed seamlessly. Protection measures were installed throughout to safeguard existing finishes, with all areas fully reinstated to a high standard on completion.
