DESCRIPTION
Bma successfully constructed a new plant room as part of the scheme. Concurrently, we undertook comprehensive refurbishment projects across 45 properties located in Harlow. This refurbishment included a complete makeover of kitchens and bathrooms, elevating the overall living experience.
All mechanical and electrical systems within these properties were rigorously upgraded and seamlessly integrated, ensuring they met current standards and regulations. The properties also underwent extensive tiling and plastering works, resulting in a flawless finish. The culmination of this extensive refurbishment was the meticulous decoration process. This involved both first and second fix carpentry fit-outs, ensuring each property showcased a consistent and high-quality aesthetic, reflecting our commitment to unparalleled craftsmanship.
