DESCRIPTION
We have recently completed a comprehensive internal refurbishment of new Rooftop Development. The project included the installation of drylining to create a seamless and polished finish on all walls. This was followed by the fitting of contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of each unit. Each space was then meticulously decorated to meet our high standards of craftsmanship. The refurbishment also included top-quality floor finishes and wall tiling, adding an element of luxury and sophistication to the development. Additionally, we installed suspended ceilings. Furthermore, fire stopping measures were implemented to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Concurrently, we also executed a Flat Entrance and Communal Door Replacement program across 60+ installations. This initiative was a significant part of our ongoing commitment to provide secure and aesthetically pleasing living environments for our residents and their visitors.
