DESCRIPTION
We undertook comprehensive refurbishment project across 450 properties located in Stevenage, which encompassed kitchens, bathrooms, and voids. This included the installation of Occupational Therapy (OT) bathrooms as part of a complete internal makeover of the properties.
All mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded and fully integrated into each property, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations. Additionally, we made necessary alterations to the flooring to facilitate the installation of pumps specifically required for the OT bathrooms.
The refurbishment also comprised full tiling and plastering works to achieve a pristine finish. The final touch was the decoration of the properties, which included both first and second fix carpentry fit-outs, delivering a seamless and cohesive aesthetic that meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
