DESCRIPTION
We successfully executed a large-scale, complete void refurbishment scheme spanning 100 properties 100 properties under the VIVO MOD Contract. This comprehensive project involved a meticulous overhaul. Every aspect of the properties was carefully assessed and upgraded to meet our high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. As part of this extensive refurbishment, we carried out all internal renovations and also upgraded all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure they are fully compliant with current standards and regulations. This substantial investment in the properties ensures they are well-equipped and ready for occupancy.
